5. Working Principle
Mix rubber granules with glue binder and fill into metal molds. Place molds on each heating platen of the vulcanizing press. Set target temperature, pressure and vulcanization time via control cabinet. The hydraulic system pushes the platens to close tightly, keeping constant temperature and pressure for scheduled time. Rubber materials cross-link and solidify to form finished elastic rubber floor tiles, then the machine opens automatically for finished product unloading.
